Training

As part of our Automated Framing Systems “Total Solution” we provide one-on-one Software and factory commission training free at our facility in Kenya.

We can also provide training in most countries globally subject to agreement.

The duration of our training program is five working days of Elsek-Panel software training for the panelized system and two working days for factory machine training.

If both panelized and truss fabrication systems are required software training takes 10 days.

We use live designs that you intend to build as the basis of your training.

We have hosted training groups from Uganda, Burundi and South Sudan.

Our Automated Framing Systems “Total Solution” is comprised of:

  1. Powerful, user friendly Elsek-Cad Design software, Elsek-Panel roll forming software and Elsek Truss engineering software for panel and truss design that easily syncs with the roll former.
  2. Low cost Automated Roll Forming Equipment that is at home in a plant or on the jobsite including the

Our Automated Roll Forming Equipment can roll steel from 0.6mm to 3.0mm in high tensile material and 4.2mm in medium tensile.

To establish a factory facility requires very little in the way of infrastructure, namely there is no major capital plant as our roll formers manufacture 100% of the profile components, with assembly the only other key element.
